Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Program Manager to lead a mission-critical projects for strategic customers. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery execution to ensure the success of critical programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong background in mechanical engineering, program management, customer engagement, and technical delivery. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program execution for a high-visibility customer project, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, support, and sales to drive project milestones and resolve blockers. Develop and maintain detailed project plans , risk registers, and status reports tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.
