Teknion Custom Solutions is looking for a skilled Maintenance Millwright to join our maintenance team in Calgary. You will play a vital role in maintaining our 200,000 sq. ft. wood furniture manufacturing facility, ensuring that production machinery and building systems operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform routine and preventative maintenance on complex manufacturing machinery, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. - Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions by repairing or replacing defective parts. - Plan and oversee the installation, assembly, and relocation of production equipment and building systems. - Conduct regular inspections (cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting) to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause failure. - Ensure all machinery meets machine lock-out (LOTO) procedures and regulatory safety requirements. - Utilize Interal software and other computer programs (Google Suite, Excel) to maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete work orders. - Identify and procure necessary parts and supplies for repairs. - Actively train team members and expand the internal knowledge...
