We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. Responsibilities: - Support the Service Area Supervisor and Team Leads in daily operations and act as Supervisor when required - Oversee technicians’ work to ensure maintenance, repair quality, and compliance with safety and operational procedures - Resolve technical issues, diagnose problems, and support major repairs, retrofits, and special maintenance tasks - Ensure execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and promote the use of predictive maintenance tools - Monitor technician performance, control costs, and analyze workload and planning effectiveness - Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical Support, P&C, and Safety - Prepare and deliver briefings on maintenance performance, opera...
