Inventory Control Specialist

Job description

The Inventory Controller is responsible for assuring the warehouse processes, assuring systems E1 ERP- WMS , CIMBI and MES data reliability, supervision of Warehouse time slot system, contact with Buyers, tracking warehouse documentation, preparing reports, making Inventory adjustments in E1, checking the accuracy of the goods receipt, preparation and management of inventory , corrections in the system , compliance with company policy, Quality and EHS procedures. Obliged to perform his work at the highest possible level and perform all other tasks that can be instructed by his immediate superior, or managing director, if not contrary to the effective law/company regulations. Scope & Impact: - Operational footprint : Inbound receiving, put ‑ away, bulk and pick storage, production supermarkets/Kanban, picking, tugger trains/VNA operations, outbound shipping, and site spare ‑ parts warehouse. - People leadership : Helps and Leads wh assistances, wh recycling, receiving, dispatch, picking operators; overall team includes multi ‑ shift warehouse associates; maintaining the wh stock processes - Financial accountability : Assuring the correct management of Nom Bom materials, MHE resource...
