Project Architect

Job description

STV is currently looking for a Project Architect to join our Buildings Group in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities: Lead design and development of multiple projects Develops design to ensure project are within functional program, budgetary, environmental and legal requirements Manages multiple projects, through interaction with Consultants, Engineers, and additional personnel to ensure timely completion of these projects Develop design layouts and frameworks for projects, including drawings and specifications, while providing insight and support throughout all stages. Participate in project scheduling, defining scope, budgeting, staffing, and construction administration, while managing change orders effectively. Apply expert knowledge of architectural concepts, codes, and procedures; prepare studies, reports, and technical specifications; and present findings to clients Lead and supervises internal team of design professionals (architects and engineers) through design process Understand, develop, and follow structured work plans to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and design intent.
