Job description

Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Mobile - In office 3 days a week. Job Summary: Provides advanced deployment and support of enterprise software solutions, digital intelligence (monitoring and observability), and cloud platforms. Leads efforts in continuous integration, testing, delivery, and configuration management. Collaborates across departments, mentors junior engineers, and influences adoption of modern DevOps practices. Essential Functions: Provides 24/7 "on-call" technical support on a rotating basis. - Participate in cross-functional design activities at the department level, ensuring code is built with long-term maintainability and scalability in mind. - Translate CI/CD and release automation needs into scalable solutions that enable teams to modernize their development and deployment processes. - Mentor junior engineers on automation, observability, and continuous delivery concepts; lead by example in implementing DevOps best practices. - Contribute to Agile project lifecycle by working within iterative development cycles, user stories, and continuous feedback loops. - Influence technical direction by advocating for new tools, practices, and approaches that imp...
