Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Manager to provide operational management and administrative support to the areas within the Senior Director for Student Engagement and Community Centers portfolio. The Human Resources Administrative Manager provides leadership and oversight for HR administration across Student Engagement and Campus Life (SECL) and the Cultural and Community Centers (CCCs), as well as executive support across the Student Engagement and Campus Life leadership team. This position ensures compliance with university policies, manages departmental hiring and onboarding processes, and delivers strategic administrative support to senior leadership. The Manager serves as a key liaison between SECL, CCCs, and Student Affairs HR, while fostering a positive and professional environment for staff and students.
