Job description

What you will do: The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering Materials Handling Automation and Robotics implementations across Supply Chain Distribution Centres. The role combines people leadership, technical accountability, and project delivery, working closely with Project Managers, Operations, IT, and external integrators to ensure solutions meet capacity, cost, schedule, safety, and quality objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Distribution Centre experience, structured project execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-project environment.
