The Guerlain Spa Concierge knowledgably provides recommendations and promotes a calm and tranquil environment throughout guests’ visits. Provide warm welcome and personalized service to all guests visiting the Spa. Perform check in and check out of all spa guests. Handle payment transactions for treatment and retail products. Handle telephone reservations in line with service standards, using proper telephone etiquette. Ascertain guest satisfaction upon guest departure and ensure.
