Based in our Austin, Texas location, the Prototype Machinist / Model Maker will play a key role in supporting engineering, R&D, and operational projects in a cross‑functional environment. This position requires a strong safety mindset, a can‑do attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Prototype Machinist / Model Maker is responsible for fabricating precision prototype parts, models, and assemblies in support of engineering, R&D, and operational initiatives. This role requires strong machining skills, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and close collaboration with engineers and project stakeholders to deliver high‑quality prototypes under tight timelines.
