Lead Server/Dining Room Manager for Assisted Living Facility

The Grove at Trelago is looking for a lead server to help our culinary team shine. The ideal candidate will help motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service in a rewarding environment, while ensuring efficient restaurant operation. SHIFT: 11am-7pm, weekends and holidays included Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Excellent communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills and abilities. - Become the liaison between the kitchen and the front of the house. - Assist with recruiting/hiring, training and development programs for all staff. - Monitor employee dress code. - Perform Dining Room opening and closing duties, and ensure all servers are trained to perform. - Attend management and staff meetings. - Interact with Residents by answering questions, solving problems, overseeing services, taking reservations and introducing him or herself to prospective Residents on tours. - Undertake special projects as requested. - Respond efficiently and accurately to Resident complaints. - Organize and supervise Front of the House team member shifts. - Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. - Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safet...
