Assistant Director - Iowa Neuroscience Institute - ( 26001274 ) Description The Assistant Director will provide scientific and administrative support to the operations of the Iowa Neuroscience Institute. This includes the writing and editing of research proposals to obtain external funding for mentoring and training programs, and the administration of such training grants including recruitment, class enrollment, and matching of participants with appropriate laboratories. The Assistant Director will partner with Iowa Neuroscience Institute faculty to contribute to data analysis and to write, edit, and review publications and grant application components. Finally, the Assistant Director will have responsibility for community engagement and event programming.
