Your Mission: As a Travel & Expenses Customer Support agent, you will be the primary interface for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Manage all incoming requests and communications from internal customers via email, phone calls, and ServiceNow tickets. Technical Expertise: Act as the single point of contact, providing expert knowledge and a single point of contact for all queries and support requests related to Travel & Expenses.
