Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development. - Experience in people management. - Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience with technical infrastructure developments and executing cross-functional projects. - Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, as needed. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working in public affairs within Missouri or Kansas. - Experience leading complex and scalable cross-functional programs. - Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and operate in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to operate separately. - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and influencing skills.
