Role Description & Key Responsibilities We are looking for an exceptional commercial lawyer to work within our European Legal Team who has a solid background in financial services. The role covers a broad range and variety of contractual, legal and regulatory matters across multiple business areas but with a focus on FNZ’s European business, its clients and supplier contracts. This role will require consideration of the regulatory aspects of FNZ’s regulated entities in Europe, in particular FNZ (Europe) DAC, an investment firm authorised in Ireland under MiFID with clients and business operations throughout Europe; exposure to working with financial services is desirable. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for delivering complex legal projects, an analytical mindset and curiosity, takes on ownership with minimal supervision, as well as good organisational skills. This candidate can navigate a complex, multi-facetted, fast paced business and can link in with multiple teams across the business to generate the best legal and commercial outcomes for FNZ.
