We're looking for a motivated operator who is eager to learn how to optimize machinery for peak performance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Master the setup and calibration of the edgebander, precisely adjusting feed speeds, cutter heads, and pressure settings to meet exact job specifications. - Conduct continuous in-process quality control, meticulously inspecting finished products for perfect edge alignment, adhesion, and overall finish. - Take ownership of machine performance by conducting routine preventative maintenance and proactively troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime. - Drive production goals by working efficiently and independently, optimizing machine settings and workflows to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. - Uphold the highest safety standards by rigorously following all company protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout p...
