Shift Into Your New Role as a Sales Manager: Kings Mazda has a need for a Sales Manager. Applicant must be proficient in working in the CRM and willing to work closely with our salespeople daily. Position will assist in the planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of both depts., including: sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating lease and purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, hiring, training , and motivating salespersons. Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, believe in the team concept, portray a positive attitude, and display effective leadership skills.
