Join Child Serve as a Medical Childcare Assistant and contribute to the great life of children and young adults by supporting their health , growth, and skill development. In this role, y ou will provide care and assist with treatment services outlined in each child’s individualized care plan. You will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to promote each child ’s development and skill retention. About Child Serve ’s Medical Childcare Program: Child Serve ’s Medical Childcare program provides specialized weekday care for children and teens with significant medical needs and developmental delays, offering a uniquely integrated model of nursing, education, and therapy. Our program is staffed by specially trained caregivers who work alongside nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans built into the day—allowing families to spend time together after work and school, rather than managing multiple appointments.
