About the Role HEH Civil is seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our FNQ operations. We have both casual and full-time opportunities available for the right applicant. You’ll operate a range of machinery across civil infrastructure projects, working alongside a supportive team that values safety, precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Operate excavators (5t–30t) for trenching, bulk earthworks and detailed excavation - Operate graders, compactors, loaders, trucks and other plant - Support pipe crews and general civil construction works - Complete routine maintenance and daily machinery checks - Read site plans and follow supervisor instructions - Work collaboratively to meet project targets and deadlines Requirements: - Minimum 3 years’ excavator experience in civil construction - Construction White Card - GPS/laser system experience - HR licence (advantageous but not essential) - Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic - Current driver licence and reliable transport Why Join HEH Civil?: At HEH Civil, you’ll be part of a capable, supportive team working across a steady pipeline of FNQ civil projects, with both casual and full-time opportunities available f...
