Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Chief to lead and oversee all finance, accounting, and controlling activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will act as a key business partner to management while driving financial performance and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end finance operations including GL, AP/AR, cash flow, and P&L management - Oversee monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, US GAAP, and local GAAP - Manage internal and external audits and regulatory requirements - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with Controlling/FP&A - Manage banking relationships, liquidity, and working capital - Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and HQ stakeholders - Lead process improvements and SAP/S4HANA-related initiatives - Partner with business leaders to support strategic decisions - Provide guidance and mentorship to finance and non-finance stakeholders Your Profile: - Bachelor ’ s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administ...
