Overview Salary $75,000-$80,000: The Senior Clinical Program Director is responsible for the direction of an intensive clinical residential program serving six individuals with histories of complex trauma, mental illness, and substance use disorders. They provide supervision and rehabilitative direction to a team of program staff and persons served. They will develop staff skills in responding to complex issues such as co-occurring disorders and trauma. The Senior Clinical Program Director will conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services while managing the daily operations of the program.
