Program Summary: Lennar’s Land Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship beginning in June for rising college seniors, in which associates apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world projects and challenges. The program will facilitate participants’ development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities.
