General Summary Provides technical and functional skills to WellSpan Health's system needs for ERP reports. The primarily responsibility of this role is full life cycle reporting, from requirements gathering, development, maintenance through end-user training on the tools to deliver the content. Serves as a subject matter expert on a team of developers championing a standard reporting delivery model encompassing development, documentation, and training across WellSpan Health's ERP system. This position will have an initial primary focus on Payroll reporting but will also support other modules and pillars as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Develops Fusion Cloud reports and dashboards using different methodologies (HCM Extracts, BI, OTBI, BICC, FRS, OAC/FDI/FAIDP) - Develops Custom BIP reports using different templates based on business requirements - Knowledge in development and support of SQL queries for report requirements - Good understanding of Fusion schema, subject areas, and expertise in creating reports joining multiple subject areas using OTBI. - In depth understanding of Oracle HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas - Responsible for development and ong...
