We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.: As a Crew Travel Controller , you’ll support the team in managing and controlling costs related to crew travel, while learning how airline operations, finance, and administrative processes connect in real life. 👉 This position is designed for recent graduates or candidates with little to no professional experience (0–1 year) who are looking to start their career in an airline environment. 🚀 Take off with us! How will it be to work with us?: - Support the daily control of costs related to crew travel (flights, hotels, transport, etc.) - Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports , tracking key indicators and performance - Help ensure that invoices are correctly processed and aligned with internal records - Liaise with Finance and Tax teams to follow up on payments and administrative processes - Maintain and update data and internal tracking files , ensuring accuracy and consistency - Support the team in improving reporting and administrative processes Why join us?: At Volotea, every position matters.
