Regional Operations Manager, France & Southern Europe Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Paris: Reporting To: France General Manager: Compensation: €60,000 - €80,000 / year Description: Upway is hiring its Regional Operations Manager among its Operations team in France (& Southern Europe). The Operations team’s role is to create the largest and highest-quality e-bike offering for Upway shoppers, by sourcing the best e-bikes, refurbishing them and delivering them to their new owner in a seamless customer experience. The Regional Operations Manager owns and continuously improve key processes at the core of Upway’s business. Their mission is to scale operations at lightning speed to fuel our growth, while improving cost efficiency and meeting our very high quality standards. They will oversee a wide range of customer-facing operations, from Logistics to Customer Support, and will work closely with the UpCenter Operations team (particularly the UpCenter lead) to identify and implement improvements.
