Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Opportunity InCharge Energy is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and organizational scaling as we continue to build a market-leading EV infrastructure platform. This role is responsible for the full finance function, including accounting, FP&A, and capital strategy—while also overseeing the company’s People (HR) organization. The CFO will serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, owning both the financial integrity of the business and the organizational infrastructure required to scale effectively. This includes direct oversight of the Director of Accounting (Controller) and leadership of the People function, ensuring alignment between financial performance, workforce planning, and company growth. This role requires a leader who can operate at both a strategic and operational level—driving capital efficiency, building scalable systems, and developing a high-performing organization across finance and people functions.
