WI-SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: - Oversees daily operations of the hospital gift shop, which is staffed by volunteers - Manages volunteer scheduling to ensure coverage during business hours (9:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday; occasional weekends) - Provides operational support to volunteers and maintains strong customer service standards - Handles financial and administrative duties, including reporting, budgeting support, and vendor coordination - Uses Excel and Microsoft Office regularly; experience with SAP, VIM, and Volgistics preferred - Attends buying shows and selects merchandise for staff, patients, visitors, and physicians Job Summary: Coordinator operation of gift shop including inventory control, staff scheduling and performance, and monitoring of cash control systems.
