The IIM Context: The IIM Business Line at ELCA delivers end-to-end solutions across the full information lifecycle, frequently combining multiple domains within a single engagement: Input Management / IDP – multichannel capture, OCR/AI extraction, downstream integration. Document Management – DMS/ECM, legal archiving, digital preservation, compliance. Output Management / CCM – document composition, personalisation, multichannel distribution. Enterprise BPM – workflow, case management, and cross-system process orchestration. Your Mission: As a senior delivery authority, you will: Personally lead large and complex projects as Project Manager, with full delivery accountability. Provide senior oversight and coaching to Project Managers on smaller engagements, ensuring quality and control.
