You are someone who loves to coach colleagues informally and work out loud by sharing knowledge across teams. Minimum requirements: Agile Working: Experience working in an agile and remote environment with a good understanding of agile ways of working, planning and organising. Proposal Craft: Proven ability to create proposals with a clear link to a business outcome.
