Job description

Location: 22 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4T 2S5 This individual is responsible for coordinating lease enforcement policy to ensure tenant compliance of leases and implement appropriate remedies when tenants are in default of their lease guidelines and procedures, ensuring appropriate internal controls are maintained, coordinating the preparation of building operating and capital budgets to ensure highest level of maintenance and integrity of properties and control operations within budget, ensure all administrative procedures for A/R control, variance control, sales reporting, project approvals, environmental reporting and lease documentation are completed correctly and providing strategic direction and ongoing stewardship to ensure the long term operational integrity and viability of commercial properties. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Manage rent collection policy to ensure prompt payment by tenants and assist in rent collections directly as required. - Monitor accounts payable to ensure payments according to policy. - Manage appropriate landlord remedies for all tenant defaults and ensure tenant compliance on all issues. - Coordinate and assist environmental...
