Maintenance Operations & Excellence Lead (m/f/d) MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS AND EXCELLENCE LEAD (m/f/d) Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant and motivated Maintenance Operations and Excellence Lead. He/she will lead the Maintenance Operations & Excellence Team within the Engineering, Maintenance and Excellence (EMEX) cluster at the pharma manufacturing site of Garbagnate Milanese. The position drives maintenance and continuous improvement activities towards excellence in the manufacturing departments through the engagement and development of the Team, in line with the Company mission “Health for all, hunger for none” and the site vision “We work with passion and excellence every day to improve health for all”.
