Who We Are We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport’s growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open. The Role: The Partnership Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative work for the Partnership Marketing Department, including general clerical, tracking budgets, invoicing, tracking of payments, contract management, database management, processing of US Open sponsor ticket orders, corporate gifting, and department attendance. Support the Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, and three (3) Directors with expense reports, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements.
