Job description

Position Summary: KTG is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Manager in San Antonio, TX to support KTG’s federal customer. Support will include daily on-site performance of program management; quality assurance management; quality control inspections monitoring and reporting; general contractor progress; and evaluating the compliance of the general contractor and sub-contractors with construction plans. Essential Job Functions: - Provided QA Management to include Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction at Fort San Antonio to assist the U.S. Corps of Engineers (USACE) with obtaining complete construction for new construction projects and facility maintenance construction projects. - Ensure projects meet all contract requirements through reviews, inspections, and tests. - Ensures the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) is working effectively, and compliant with quality established by the terms of the contract. - Assist new construction site teams with all security concerns. - Participate in and conduct comprehensive facility pricing surveys for construction projects, ensure security requirements and regulations are followed for the duration of construction/...
