Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: Makes reservations via the Nightpro and Open Table systems Coordinates all guest seating in accordance with front of house operations Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables Takes guest information and quotes accurate wait times and minimums Assists in keeping general admission and VIP lines in order Answers phones, assists guests and takes messages for management Communicates effectively with sales and catering management regarding large party inquiries Answers guest questions concerning restaurant and nightlife operations Interacts with all guests and team members throughout service Promotes upcoming venue events and reaches out to VIP guests and regular clients to make reservations Secondary Duties and Re...
