Student Lending Service Advisor - Temporary Position

Summer temporary position from June 1st through the end of August You’re made ready for new challenges and opportunities to stretch yourself! In this role, you are responsible for assisting our Lending team as we promote our Student Lending products. You will help reach out to customers as well as manage the increased volume of applications through inbound calls. Most importantly you will deliver an exceptional experience for all our customers that you interact with. Primary responsibilities include: Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials - Proactively reach out to customers to inform them of our product - Handle incoming calls and provide guidance - Respond to incoming calls from customers already in process. - Handle between 50-70 calls per day - Customer Service Experience - Ability to use Microsoft Office - Previous Sales or Call Center experience is a plus - Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment Other characteristics include: Qualified candidates must complete a video interview after applying as the next step, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link. - Positive at...
