Assists and maintain all administrative accounting and other plant duties along with scale operations. Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities: - Track daily receipts - Inform operators of OCC and SS loads so they can inspect quality of loads - Maintain records detailing the quality of incoming and outgoing loads - Document all deduction with pictures on Google Drive - Weigh trucks in and out - Participation in safety committee and/or meetings - Cross train with other Admin/Scale Clerk - Write & reconcile peddler checks - Responsible for vendor scale checks and reconciliation - Maintaining shipping/receiving logs completely - On receiving log, add freight cost in comments section - Logging the drivers/loads on the receiving/shipping logs - Weighing loads in/out for loads shipping - Keying of all loads on the day of transfer - Notifying shipping when driver arrives to p/u outbound loads -...
