About the Role At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives - a mission we've honed since 1859. The Director of M&A and Life CFO role will drive development and execution of Life M&A strategy (including reinsurance), drive Life strategic initiatives (e.g. manage mortality, stabilize Life earnings), and manage Life financials and reporting. The role will report to the Head of M&A, and work closely with external advisors (consultants, bankers, lawyers), Business, Actuarial, Accounting, Risk Management, and IT teams to execute the team's objectives. What You'll Bring: The total targeted compensation range for this position is $313,600 - $447,000. Total compensation varies based on skills, experience, geographical location and other factors.
