Summary: Responsible for providing dining service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of customer service. Essential Duties: - Delivers prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers in accordance with Red Mile standards. - Performs necessary tasks to service customers, i.e., taking and filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining guests' dining area in a clean and neat manner. - Receives payment from food and beverage customers promptly and courteously. - Utilizes POS system, quotes accurate pricing and gives correct change, and accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedures. - Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance (s...
