We are growing and looking for a Quality Sales Professional to work with a Quality Dealership representing the Quality Toyota Product! The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $5,833 – $10,000/month Responsibilities: - Greet customers promptly and build rapport to understand vehicle needs and preferences - Present, demonstrate, and test drive new and pre-owned vehicles - Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery - Clearly explain pricing, features, and financing options - Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) to generate and maintain pipeline - Maintain strong product knowledge across inventory and current incentives - Work closely with finance and management to finalize deals - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI through consistent communication - Stay organized with CRM tools and accurately document customer interactions - Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Qualifications: We offer...
