About the position: As a Motion Control Systems Engineer , you’ll play a key role in testing, tuning, and validating Alva’s electric motors. You will collaborate closely with both the development team and external customers to ensure precise motor control and high performance in real-world applications. The role combines hands-on lab testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and automation of test processes. It’s a great fit for an electrical, mechatronics, or automation engineer with 2–7 years of experience who enjoys practical, hands-on work.
