We are looking for a genuine, friendly, and empathetic self-starter to join the team at our Ten Mile Urgent Care! This position is scheduled for four (4) days per week with 9‑hour shifts. Shifts may include a combination of day shifts (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) and mid shifts (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) and may be scheduled on weekdays and weekends based on operational needs. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a significant part in creating a great experience for patients and their families! The Patient Service Representative will work in partnership with our physicians and clinical staff to take care of patients’ administrative needs . You will be responsible for checking in patients for appointments, collecting patient co-pays, answering telephones, taking accurate messages, scheduling appointments, and checking insurance eligibility.
