MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Proficient in Basic General Maintenance Duties · Solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks. · Complete assigned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. · Use the CMMS program in support of work performance.
