Role Summary nuuly is looking for a Senior Merchandise and Inventory Planner who will own merchandise and inventory planning for a new concept within nuuly. This role will be focused on accessory and add-on product offerings that complement the core rental business. This role will drive OTB, forecasting, receipt planning, markdown optimization, inventory health, and overall business performance while helping build and scale planning processes from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone energized by ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to build a business from zero with limited historical sales trends, established seasonality, or assortment frameworks. The ideal candidate can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a highly dynamic, evolving business.
