Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions. - Prepare cost estimates and offer recommendations to customers. - Perform diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC systems and plan work procedures. - Document services performed and recommendations made using company forms and records. - Ensure all tasks are completed according to company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Manage truck inventory and ensure all necessary tools are available for each job. - Participate in ongoing training and development meetings.
