This role combines strategic cloud transformation leadership with hands-on project management to drive customer success through seamless technology transitions and environment upgrades. Using defined Agile project management methodologies, this position requires a technical leader who will manage all aspects of AWS cloud migration delivery while maintaining excellence in customer environment upgrade management. The role involves managing cross-functional teams of infrastructure, customer success, customer support, and technical resources in a matrixed environment, with a strong focus on customer-facing interactions and relationship management.
