About the role The Albion Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food. You will work alongside a supportive kitchen team in a busy hospitality venue, contributing to the preparation and service of quality pub-style meals. Key responsibilities: - Prepare, cook, and present meals to a high standard. - Manage your section efficiently during service. - Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation. - Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures. - Assist with stock control, prep, and kitchen organisation. - Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team. - Support smooth service during busy periods.
