- Excellent hourly rate - Mon to Fri Dayshift + potential OT and weekend work - Full-time Permanent role – Kemps Creek Landfill The Opportunity: We’re looking for skilled Mobile Plant Operators to join our team at Kemps Creek Landfill site. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced with heavy machinery and keen to contribute to essential waste operations that support the local environment. Some of the responsibilities are as below. - Operate machinery such as excavators, dozers, compactors, and Moxy's - Perform tip face operations including waste placement and compaction - Responsible for following plans and EPA guidelines - Carry out daily cover operations, including the mixing and application of cover materials - Conduct basic site maintenance and assist with light manual handling tasks when required About You: - A valid plant operator ticket or equivalent competency of at least two-three of the above (VOC, RII, etc.) - Proven experience operating excavators, dozers, compactors, and Moxy's - Good understanding of safety and environmental compliance in a landfill or earthworks/civil setting - Ability to work well in a team and follow operational plans - Previous experien...
