Location: Kings Hill/Hybrid Salary: £67,000 to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week, Monday – Friday) Start Date: 1st October 2026: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Principal Solicitor to join our Community Care team at Invicta Law. This is a senior role offering the chance to work on complex, high-profile and politically sensitive matters, whilst also playing a key part in leading and developing a team. You will work closely with the Head of Group, advising a range of local authority clients and deputising where required. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will supervise colleagues, contribute to team performance, and support the ongoing growth and development of the service. This role is ideally suited to a confident and commercially aware legal professional who enjoys balancing technical legal work with leadership and client relationship management.
