PEMB / Self Storage Estimator

Job description

Core Functions: Performs other duties and activities related to the department as necessary to support overall operations and responsibilities, even if not specifically listed above. - Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and verbal instructions to produce accurate designs and estimates. - Develop and maintain detailed cut lists, bills of materials, construction details, and project drawings. - Provide sales teams with precise cost estimates and supporting documentation to fulfill customer requests. - Ensure all project deliverables meet established accuracy, quality, and timeliness standards. - Learn and apply required software systems to complete estimating tasks. - Enter designs and building scope into MBS (Metal Building Software) to develop pricing and drawings for PEMB and Self Storage building quotes. - Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external customers while upholding company values and professionalism. - Prepare and deliver project updates, progress reports, and analysis as requested Key Measures of Success: - Demonstrates initiative and customer focus by proactively responding to internal and external customer requests within established...
