Business Support Finance Adviser

Job description

The Business Support Finance Adviser will own all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis for designated IT business areas as well as the actual and variance reporting processes for the enterprise IT organization. This role partners directly with business owners, collaborates across functions, and leads strategic financial initiatives. The Adviser will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and capital investment evaluation while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls for their business areas. Financial Planning & Analysis Ownership: - Lead FP&A processes for assigned business areas - Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis - Provide actionable insights to IT business leaders to drive performance and strategic decisions Business Partnership & Collaboration: - Serve as the primary financial liaison for leaders within assigned business areas - Collaborate with IT leadership, Accounting, Business Unit partners, and other business areas to align financial goals and reporting - Establish and foster strong relationships across departments to ensure transparency and alignment Governance & Complianc...
